Xiaomi has decided to break into the premium TV segment by introducing the new Mi TV Master line. The first presented novelty was the 65-inch model, which offers very interesting characteristics. However, the cost of the TV is also considerable.
65 ″ Mi TV Master is equipped with an OLED panel with a resolution of 4K (3840×2160 pixels). DCI-P3 color space coverage is 98.5%, Delta E is 1.5. The declared contrast level is 1,000,000: 1, and the peak brightness is 1,000 nits. Supported technology is MEMC, HDR10 + and Dolby Vision.
The TV is perfect for gamers, because the response time is 1 ms. A refresh rate of 120 Hz will make the picture smoother. A special game mode is provided, Variable Refresh Rate technology (from 40 Hz to 120 Hz) is supported.
As a hardware platform, a quad-core processor with Mali-G52 MC1 graphics is used. RAM installed 3 GB, internal – 32 GB. There are Wi-Fi modules (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0. Three HDMI (4K 120 Hz; eARC; regular), two USB-A, RJ-45, AV Input, optical audio input and antenna input are available from the connection interfaces.
Nine speakers with a total power of 65 W are responsible for sound reproduction: 2 × 12.5 W + 2 × 10 W + 20 W subwoofer. Declared support for Dolby Audio, Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD.
The device is running the MIUI for TV operating system. Xiao AI voice assistant available. There is an Always-on Display feature. The TV can act as the center of a smart home. The kit comes with a remote controller equipped with NFC for quick pairing with a smartphone.
