The fourth season of the "big journey" of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May began last December with the release of "Seaman", in which the three leaders were forced to transfer to boats and go sailing on them. Not all participants liked this idea, moreover, Richard Hammond also received a very unpleasant injury during the filming.
After this, a coronavirus occurred, affecting the overall plans. Due to the pandemic, it was necessary to stop filming in the northern part of Russia, and the already shot episode in Madagascar could not be fully mounted.
But finally there was good news about The Grand Tour:
A new special issue shot in Madagascar will be released later this year (and there will be cars in it!). However, the team will try to get back to Russia to complete the next episode. But when it will turn out to be done is not yet known.
In any case, the information is encouraging. By the way, recently Jeremy Clarkson posted a photo on Instagram, where he, together with Hammond and May met to discuss new adventures.
