Not only the global version of the Reno4 Pro was introduced by the Oppo brand today, but also the Oppo Watch smartwatch for the international market.
The novelty has the same "Apple Watch-like" design as the Chinese version. The watch is offered in two sizes: 46 mm and 41 mm. In the first case, a 1.91 ″ AMOLED-display with a resolution of 402×476 pixels is installed, in the second – a 1.6 ″ AMOLED-screen with a resolution of 320×360 pixels.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset is responsible for the performance of the device. There is 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of built-in memory is available. There are modules Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, as well as a sensor for measuring heart rate.
The 46mm version of the Oppo Watch is equipped with a 430mAh battery. Here are just the promised by the manufacturer "up to 21 days of autonomy" can be obtained only in power saving mode. In the usual "Smart mode" the indicator is quite familiar – up to 36 hours. The 41mm version has a 300mAh battery. For her, the declared indicators of autonomy are up to 14 days and up to 24 hours, respectively. Supports fast charging: 15 minutes is enough to replenish 46% of the charge, and 75 minutes to fully charge.
The main difference between the global version of Oppo Watch and the Chinese one is the operating system. If in the Celestial Empire the watch runs under the control of the ColorOS shell, then the gadget will arrive on the global market with Wear OS on board. And that means Google services, including Google Assistant and Google Pay.
Among other things, I will note the moisture protection of 5 ATM for the larger version and 3 ATM for the smaller one. But the 41 mm version is offered in three colors: black, rose gold and silver. Whereas 46 mm only in two: black and gold.
The Oppo Watch Global Edition will go on sale in India on August 10th. The cost of the 41 mm model is $ 200, the 46 mm – $ 267.
