We just talked about the Realme C11 smartphone, which will be presented the other day. In particular, we talked about how this device will compete with Redmi 9A. And now we need to discuss this device.
Fortunately, today the Philippine site Xiaomi leaked information about numerous new devices for this market, and among others there was Redmi 9A. True, the photo was taken from Redmi 8A, so I would still be wary of this data, but they look as believable as possible. In the title picture, if anything, Redmi 9 is depicted.
So, the brochure that got on the Web indicates that one of the cheapest Xiaomi smartphones of the current generation will receive a 6.53-inch HD + display with an opening for the front camera, a 13-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, a 5000 mAh battery and SoC MediaTek Helio G25. It has also not yet been presented, but the source speaks of eight cores with a frequency of 2 GHz. Apparently, the difference from the G35 will consist only in slightly lower frequencies.
As you can see, in general, Redmi 9A will be very similar in parameters to the Realme C11. As for the comparison with Redmi 8A, the novelty, according to the above data, will get a larger screen, a different camera, a new MediaTek platform instead of Snapdragon 439 and, probably, a slightly changed design. That is, changing Redmi 8A to Redmi 9A, most likely, there will be no sense, which is a little frustrating. The same Redmi 9 turned out to be much more powerful than Redmi 8. However, Redmi 8A and Redmi 7A were (the first model remains) extremely popular smartphones within the entire global market. So Redmi 9A will clearly repeat their success.
The site also leaked data about the Xiaomi Mi Band 4C fitness bracelet. It will receive a 1.08-inch LCD instead of OLED, water protection (5 ATM), Bluetooth 5.0, and two-week battery life. Please note that the picture, as in the case of Redmi 9A, may not correspond to the actual design of the device.
