Life is gradually returning to its usual course.
Let me remind you, in March this year, after many countries introduced quarantine, streaming services (YouTube, Apple TV +, Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) at the request of the European Commission limited the quality of their broadcasts. This was done to prevent network congestion, because the consumption of content increased significantly during quarantine.
Now, countries are gradually starting to weaken quarantine measures, and at the same time, streaming services are returning the original quality of broadcasts. Apple said it regained access to 4K streaming late last month when the 30-day limit expired. It is also reported that Netflix returned broadcast quality in 4K HDR with a bitrate of up to 15 MB / s (it was limited to 7.62 MB / s). However, the service is gradually increasing the bitrate for users, so for now, not all locations can still have the same level.
