Travel abroad will be much more convenient.
If you have ever been to a country where they speak a language that is unfamiliar to you, then you probably have come across a situation where, for example, you need to clarify the route to the attraction. But if on the street you still have time to use a dictionary or translator, then in a taxi you need to be more efficient. Fortunately, Google has decided to make life easier for travelers in this situation.
In the Google Maps application, it will now be possible to select the location you need and press a special button so that the smartphone voices its name (or address) in the native language that the driver understands. If you want to continue the conversation, you can go from Google Maps immediately to the Google Translate application.
A new feature should appear in the Google Maps app for Android and iOS this month.
