Starting November 11, another food delivery service will be launched in the Ukrainian capital.
Raketa service appeared in Ukraine in 2018, before the advent of Glovo and Uber Eats, but previously it was available only in the Dnieper. Now Raketa got to Kiev. At the time of launch, there will be about 200 couriers in the capital (Pesh / Velo / Moto / Auto), and delivery will be from more than 70 restaurants located in the central areas of the city.
Within 2-3 months, the Raketa service will work in a "beta version", and during this time it intends to actively expand, covering the whole of Kiev. The declared delivery time is up to 60 minutes, the cost of the service for the client is 0 UAH, which will continue after the end of the test period.
Raketa is a completely Ukrainian project. He uses the experience of the world's largest companies and deep knowledge of the local market. Due to this, the company intends to provide at least 30% of food delivery orders in Ukraine. Raketa considers its strengths to be a support service for customers and couriers, as well as a network of its own kitchens, the so-called dark kitchen. The first of them is already in test mode in the Bessarabian market.
“The network of our own kitchens will allow us to close all processes within the company, provide perfect service, and most importantly – deliver in less than 30 minutes. We are also one of the few who offer our customers telephone and online support to quickly resolve any issues, ”said Alexey Yukhimchuk, co-founder of Raketa.
“Raketa intends to radically change the food delivery market. We do not limit the minimum order amount, and delivery will be free for the client. And this is not dumping, but the desire to make the service accessible to everyone, ”said Stanislav Dmitrik, co-founder of Raketa.
Raketa app is available for Android and iOS devices. In it, the user can find the menu of partner restaurants located within a radius of 3 km, the order of which can be delivered in less than an hour.
