Microsoft has added a new feature to the Your Phone app, which connects your Android smartphone and Windows 10 PC.
Microsoft announced the release of a new insider version of Windows 10 (20H1, Build 18999), and also announced that this assembly received support for voice calls in Your Phone application. In the stable version of Windows 10, this functionality will appear later.
To test the new feature, you need to install Your Phone application on your smartphone (with Android 7 Nougat or higher) and tie it to a PC (the minimum supported version is Windows 10 19H1, Build 18362.356, you also need a Bluetooth module). Then you can make / answer calls to the PC, reject calls by answering them with a message, transfer calls to voicemail, access call history, seamlessly switch calls from PC to smartphone.
Thus, Microsoft is more closely integrating Android devices with the Windows 10 platform. Actually, this is not surprising, because the company recently introduced its new Surface Duo smartphone running Android.
