At the same time, the company also presented a special version of the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition smartphone.
In general, the update cannot be called significant. The smartphone was equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset (instead of the Snapdragon 855), a slightly larger battery (4085 mAh vs 4000 mAh) and added the improved Warp Charge 30T fast charging technology, which charges the device 23% faster than OnePlus 7.
The rest of the specifications remained the same: 6.67 ″ Fluid AMOLED display with a resolution of 3100×1400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, 8 GB of RAM available, 256 GB of internal memory. The main camera consists of 48 MP, 16 MP (wide-angle lens) and 8 MP (telephoto) modules. The front camera is 16 MP, it leaves the smartphone case with the help of a sliding mechanism. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen.
The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition is distinguished primarily by the design made in the style of McLaren sports cars (with branded papaya inserts), as well as RAM and ROM volumes (12 GB and 256 GB, respectively). Plus, with a smartphone comes a 50W charger.
Both new items work out of the box running OxygenOS 10, based on Android 10.
The cost of OnePlus 7T Pro will be 760 euros. McLaren Edition will cost 860 euros.
