OnePlus has finally unveiled the long-awaited new product.
The first OnePlus TV will be available in two versions: TV 55 Q1 and TV 55 Q1 Pro. Both models are equipped with a 55 ″ QLED display with a resolution of 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels). There is support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10 +, HLG. Claimed 120% coverage of NTSC color space.
OnePlus TV received four speakers, while the Pro version – as many as eight with a total power of 50 watts. They support Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD technologies. Interestingly, in the Pro version, the soundbar is located behind the TV and when you turn on the TV, it extends.
OnePlus TV is running Android TV, at least three years of stable updates are promised. Plus, the system preinstalled the proprietary application Oxygen Play, which is such an entertaining hub, providing access to services such as Netflix, ESPN and others.
The TV comes with a remote control on which there are Google Assistant, Amazon Prime Video, Oxygen Play (buttons with the OnePlus logo button) and buttons for navigating the system. In addition, users can install the OnePlus Connect application on their smartphones to control the TV and more conveniently search for the desired content on it.
Another accessory is the OnePlus Dock. This is a stand that allows you to mount the TV on a pedestal, instead of hanging it on the wall. Of the connection ports in OnePlus TV, USB-C, USB-A 2.0, USB-A 3.0, four HDMI, AV-input, Ethernet are available. There are also Wi-Fi (dual-band) and Bluetooth 5.0 modules.
The cost of OnePlus TV 55 Q1 will be $ 985, Pro-version – $ 1407.
