China does not cease to amaze in the context of the development of infrastructure and space programs. The CMSEO organization announced that the Chinese are starting to build their own space station – much earlier than assumed by most analysts and observers. The construction of the station is to end in 2022 and it is then that the Chinese will start the first mission associated with it.

At a time when China will create its own space station, they are also to launch a rocket into our planet’s orbit, which will be similar to the one currently used by Elon Musk – SpaceX. The Chinese solution, however, is to be much cheaper and more affordable to use. Engineers will also be waiting for exercises and tests before the first start.

Finally, the aim of the Chinese is to create a space station that will allow up to three astronauts to be held simultaneously over a period of about 10 years (of course, taking into account the frequency of changing crew). The station itself will consist of three modules: one cabin and two laboratories. The aim of the research will be natural sciences and biotechnology – the Chinese hope that their idea will also become the main competitor of the International Space Station ISS.

Interestingly, the Chinese are planning to make their space station available to other countries – also in terms of infrastructure. All this as part of an international platform encouraging scientific and technological cooperation: at least according to the Xinhua news agency, which officially announced the start and development of the space station itself.

More details about the Chinese space station should reach us at the end of 2019, when the Long March-5B commercial carrier rocket will make its first flight as part of its preparation to serve the station that will be above the surface of our planet in three years.

There is nothing left but to observe the reaction of the states and, above all, wait for the first effects that the Chinese station will create.
